A space for Everyone
This sprawling home offers LOTS of space for you and your party to gather together, inside or outside, and never feel like you're on top of each other - with 3 living rooms, a 50 foot deck, multiple levels of the home, 5 themed bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and lots to do!
The light filled open concept main living area, includes a fully equipped kitchen with sleek countertops, a breakfast bar for 5, an electric cook top, and a double oven for all your culinary creations. Adjacent to the kitchen you can relax in the Main living room which has a gas fireplace and 55" TV and use the dining area for family style meals. The main living area is adorned with ceiling to floor windows overlooking the backyard towards the lake, with access through glass doors to the 50 foot deck, while the interior design effortlessly provides comfort and charm, creating a welcoming ambiance for both relaxation and entertainment.
The room below the Tree House Loft has a table for board games or cards, a foosball table, and a 9' shuffleboard table. (don't worry if you don't know how to play, the instructions are available on site too!).
The lower level living room has a couch with chaise, 3 large round swivel chairs, and a 75" TV for entertainment. You can also walk directly out to the 40' patio which has more seating and another outdoor table to play games or eat at.
The yard is a great place to play bocce, volleyball, corn hole, build a fire in the fire-pit or simply just let the kids run around the swing set and slides. When you stay, you'll also have lake access, so you can kayak, paddle board, hang out on the beach, or go for a swim in Lake Winnipesaukee.
Where you'll be sleeping...
The bedrooms at The Acorn Lodge each have a slight theme to make your stay a bit more fun. There are 11 beds and you could comfortably sleep 11-17 people.
-The Winter Room: located on the lower level, this room has a King bed, a 55" wall mounted TV, and winter accessories.
-The Summer Room: located on the lower level, this room has a Queen bed, a 42" wall mounted TV (with swivel), and summer accessories.
-Driftwood: located between the main level and the Tree House, this room has a Queen bed, and different types of wood built into the accessories (tables, lamps, bed frame, dresser, etc.)
-The Tree House: this space has 2 twin beds and is accessed by a pull down ladder. The outside is covered with netting and leaves for a semi private stay (perfect for teens who want their own space, but you can still keep an eye on them!)
-The Campground: a.k.a The Bunk Room, this room is located on the top floor of the home and can sleep between 5-7 people! There are 2 full bunk beds, 2 twin bunk beds, and a twin trundle bed.
*Extra Extra! In the lower level living room, behind the wall of the couch, there is a Queen Murphy bed!
